<お任せしたい業務>

当社が運営する、日本最大級の大学生向けWebサイト『インターンシップガイド』のバックエンド開発~保守・運用、改修まで、システム開発に関わる業務全般をお願いします。

現在は既存のエンジニアメンバー(約12名、副業とフリーランスで構成)とインターン生が協力して新機能の追加や企画開発、機能改善に努めています。

積極的に改善案を出していただける方、アイデアを形にする技術のある方歓迎です

◆具体的には…

機能改善、機能追加(インターンシップガイド、その企業管理画面、社内の管理画面)

└希望があれば、責任者候補としてチームマネジメント・管理もお任せします。

求める人材:

<必須条件>

■3年以上の実務経験

■HTML/CSS、PHPの開発経験

■Webアプリケーションのバックエンド開発経験

■Gitを利用した開発経験

■複数人での開発経験

■CakePHPの経験

<歓迎条件>

□応用情報技術者相当以上の資格またはそれに準ずる技術

□Python、C、C++、Java、C#、PHP、Go、Ruby、Objective-Cの使用経験

勤務時間・曜日:

・稼働時間自由(平日早朝深夜、土日祝日も可・月64時間〜)

休暇・休日:

原則自由

勤務地:

フルリモート可能(オフィスに出社も可能です)

※オフィス内禁煙

代々木駅より徒歩圏内にオフィスあり

給与:

●フリーランスの方

本業の手当・交通費・賞与を抜いて時給換算(職業手当などは要相談)

半期ごとに報酬の増減、昇降格あり
