- アジアのファンダメンタル・エクイティ部門における候補者の関与を推進
- フロントオフィス採用プロセスの主導
- 投資分野の専門人材パイプラインの構築
- APAC地域の管理チームと協力し、ビジネスニーズを把握
- 複数チャネルからの候補者フローの管理
- CRMツールでのデータ精度の確保
- アナリストおよびポートフォリオマネージャー候補者の初期スクリーニング
- 業界動向の報告と注力分野の提案
応募資格:
- ロング/ショートエクイティ業界での1〜5年の経験
- 英語と日本語の流暢さ
- データ管理用CRMツールの使用経験
- 採用プロセスの知識
- APAC金融市場の知識
