仕事内容


【仕事内容】

・営業アシスタント業務 ・受発注入力伝票の起票(営業から内容の指示、依頼あり) ・受発注システムの入力作業 (受注、発注、仕入、売上) ・仕入先への注文書作成・送付、仕入先からの請求書確認 ・関連部署への注文処理 ・顧客への請求書の作成・送付、顧客からの受領書確認 ・事務用品の手配 (課員名刺、文房具等の総務への手配依頼) ・その他、営業への納期回答の連携、電話の取次ぎ等
