KPMGはこれまでSAP社の監査を担っていた為、一部制約がありましたがクライアントの要望にお応えすべく、2017年10月以降ES-SAP部門を立ち上げ、KPMG独自のSAPビジネスを展開して参りました。2023年夏をもってSAP社の監査契約が満期を迎えましたので、現在は今まで以上にビジネスを加速していく段階の組織となります。

【Financeチーム 職務内容】
クライアントの抱える経営課題(特に会計領域)に対し、SAP社が提供する最新テクノロジーおよびKPMGが有する方法論・ノウハウ活用し業務改革のご支援を担って頂きます。

具体的には以下の職務をご担当頂きます。

SAPプロジェクトの提案・導入における特に会計領域の中枢となる要員として、構想策定・要件定義・設計開発・テストまでの一連の工程をリードして頂きます。

  • 構想策定 :会計領域将来像、新業務設計、実行計画立案
  • システム構築 :FI/CO領域の要件定義、設定、アドオン設計・開発、テスト、移行
  • グローバルプロジェクト推進:海外メンバーファームと協働してグローバルプロジェクト推進
  • ユーザ側支援 :顧客チームの一員として、要件定義、データ移行、教育などを支援

・コンサルティングファーム、SIer, パッケージベンダー、IT企業、事業会社のシステム部門においてSAP導入(会計領域)経験2年以上ある方

・ビジネスレベル以上の日本語

  • SAP FI/CO認定資格
  • S/4HANAの経験者(会計領域)
  • 英語(ビジネスレベル)
  • グローバルプロジェクトの経験

下記のような方も歓迎いたします。

  • これまで運用保守のみ、または開発(ABAP)のみの経験しかないが、今後のキャリアアップのためにSAPをベースにした業務設計や業務改革の一端を担ってみたい。
  • ユーザー企業側でSAP導入に携わっていたが、サービスプロバイダー側の立場で業務設計、SAP導入に関わってみたい。
  • グローバルのプロジェクトを経験してみたい。
  • ERPではなく、CRM、APO、GRC 等々、SAP の別パッケージを専門に扱っていたが、ERP も視野に入れたい。
  • 最新テクノロジー、ソリューションに取り組んでいきたい。

年収595万円以上(基本給。シニアコンサルタント以下は固定残業手当(50時間相当分)を含む)、賞与別途

【業務内容】

コンサルティング業務 (変更の範囲)当社の指定する業務

【就業時間】

9:15~17:15(シニアコンサルタント以下は左記を標準時間とするフレックスタイム制(コアタイムは9:00〜17:00のうち3時間))

【休憩時間】

1時間(業務に支障のない範囲で従業員の決定に委ねる)

【休日】

土曜日、日曜日、国民の祝日、年末年始(12月29日から1月4日まで)、慶弔休暇、特別休暇、その他会社の指定する日
