- エンタープライズ向けネットワーク運用の統括およびチームリード
- 運用チーム(数名〜10名規模)のマネジメント
- 運用プロセス標準化・最適化および改善の推進
- 運用自動化の設計・実装・運用
- SLA の策定・管理および改善
- インシデント/問題管理におけるエスカレーション対応
理想の人材
- ネットワーク運用経験 5年以上
- チームリード経験 2年以上
- ITIL ベースの運用プロセス設計・改善経験
- 運用自動化の設計・実装経験
- セキュリティ機器の運用知識
