  • 担当業務について

音声系エンジニアとして、主に金融機関向けの自社サービスの開発・運用を担当していただきます。

ベンダー製品の活用や研究所との連携、AI技術の活用を通じて、迅速なサービスの企画・開発を行うとともに、継続的なサービスの維持・改善を推進します。

また、クラウド(AWS/Azure)を活用したサービス開発にも携わっていただきます。

システム企画・顧客折衝・顧客提案・要件定義などの上流から実装まで一貫して担当いただきます。

お客様と業務改善内容をすり合わせ、システム開発を実施しています。

将来的には、システムの主担当、及びチームリーダの役割を期待しています。

働き方


基本は平日9:00~17:30勤務となります。

会社としてコアタイムなしのフルフレックス制を導入しているため、

ちょっとした用事で遅く出社する、通院で早く帰るなど柔軟に運用されています。

残業時間は全社平均で21時間程度になります(※水曜日はノー残業デー)

入社直後は早く馴染んでいただくためにも、ご出社頻度は高めになりますが、

業務にも慣れてきたら在宅勤務を増やしていただいて問題ございません。

必要な能力・経験

  • 必須要件:

・システム開発のプロジェクト管理経験

・AWS/Azure上のシステム開発経験や認定資格をお持ちである

  • 歓迎条件:

・音声を扱うシステムの開発経験

・自社サービスの企画、開発、運用経験
