当社の管理部門(総務)として、事務業務および社内サポート業務をお任せします。
【主な業務内容】
セミナー開催時の会場選定・予約手配
開催スケジュールの調整・管理
参加者からのお問い合わせ対応(電話・メール)
申込情報の確認、データ入力
社内各部署・外部業者との連絡調整
備品管理・簡単な庶務業務などの総務業務全般
※基本はオフィス内での事務作業が中心です。
