仕事内容:

【主なお仕事について】

非対面顧客コミュニケーション活動(セールス活動)を実施していただきます

『SDR』と呼ばれる反響型アプローチが中心になります。

中小企業向け経営支援サービスのユーザー数の拡大・既存ユーザーのさらなる利活用促進を目的に、

マーケティング部門が創出した潜在・見込顧客や、現在利用中のユーザーに対し電話やメールなどでアプローチを行います。

経営課題・業務課題をヒアリングの上、顧客の状況に合わせて課題解決の提案を行うことで興味・関心度を高め、

フィールドセールス・カスタマーサクセス担当との商談へと導く業務です。
