仕事内容:
■職務概要:
製造業向けに、設計、加工用のソフトを提案いただきます。ご入社後は先輩社員のOJTを中心に既存顧客の深耕をしていただきますが、いずれはご自身で新規の顧客開拓・課題特定~提案・見積もり書作成等、一連の営業活動を裁量権もってお任せいたします。
※新規の営業に関しては社内に顧客リストがあるため、そのリストを元に営業活動を行います。
■教育体制:
ご入社後は3か月間のOJTだけでなく、同社が長年培ってきた営業ノウハウを纏めた営業マニュアル・営業細則の資料を基にキャッチアップ頂きます。同資料には同社が扱う製品の詳細説明だけでなく、有望見込み客のアポイントの取り方や提案書の作成の仕方等詳細に記載が御座いますので業界未経験者もキャッチアップできるようなフォロー体制が充実しております。
