株式会社南西楽園ツーリストは、宮古島のリゾート施設「シギラセブンマイルズリゾート」等を展開する南西楽園グループの旅行部門です。
このポジションは宿泊や旅行の予約受付を中心としたオペレーション全体をマネジメントし、チームの運営とサービス向上をリードするお仕事です
具体的には? -
宿泊・旅行の予約受付(TEL・WEB)およびその管理
- 予約対応チームの統括、育成、業務改善
- 営業部の支援業務(販促、予約処理、電話営業)
- 予約データ・実績管理、KPIの分析と報告
新規顧客対応、既存顧客とのリレーション強化

予約業務全体を統括するマネジメントスキル
- 顧客との接点を広げる提案力・対応力
- 数値管理と現場改善を行うPDCA運用力
給与
月給250,000円〜400,000円
- 固定残業時間:20時間分含む
- 昇給:年1回/賞与:年2回
