■本ポジションの役割と目的:
Qoo10内のMOVE事業の全体を掌握し、短期・中期・長期それぞれにて戦略を立案・推進していただきます。
私たちのビジネスは拡大成長をしており、MOVE/Qoo10のファッションカテゴリーの更なる成長を担って頂ける優秀な人材を求めております。
主な役割はオンライン市場の1つであるMOVE/Qoo10において、ファッションカテゴリー内において、ビジネス及び業界に関する専門性が必要になります。
売上や事業を加速させるための業務遂行をしてもらいます。
■職務内容:
- アパレル・ファッションの大手企業・ネット有力店舗の新規開拓
- アパレル・ファッションの大手企業との提携、提案
- アパレル・ファッションの大手企業との契約締結
- 製品の共同開発、マーケティング、キャンペーンなどの運営に関する継続窓口
- 個人およびチームの数値に対する目標達成遂行とその責任
- ビジネスを改善するための実行力と俯瞰的な視点
■必須経験:
即戦力となっていただける方を募集しているため、必須条件は下記の通りです:
- 社会人経験3年以上
- 営業経験2年以上
- 新規獲得営業経験1年以上
- 営業メインでキャリアを積まれている方
- メーカーや商社との折衝経験
- 簡単なExcel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPointの使用経験
- ネイティブレベルのビジネス日本語力(会話、読解、筆記)
■以下のいずれかのご経験がある方は優遇します:
- EC関連業務経験
- 何かしらオンライン上での販売経験
- EC業界経験
- アパレル業界経験
- ウェブサイト運営経験
- ファッション専門サイト取り扱い経験
- UI/UXの知識

・時差出勤制度を導入しています。始業時間7:00~10:00、終業時間16:00~19:00の間で毎日に選択できます。
