【仕事内容】

  • 仕事内容・期待役割

不動産会社の営業担当者へ向け解体工事を中心とした不動産取引を円滑に進める事に寄与する提案営業を行っていただきます。

提供するソリューションに応じ見積作成から契約、工事完工に至るまでサポートするお仕事です。

具体的には、以下業務について特定エリアの担当をお任せします。

・大手不動産会社の営業担当者、パートナーである工事会社との間に入り、解体工事案件に関する調整を円滑に行う。

・顧客である大手不動産会社担当者への営業活動、信頼関係構築を通じて、大手不動産会社からの依頼数を増やすとともに、成約率を高める。

・受注した解体工事が安全な形で完工に至るよう、(一部の)解体工事現場の施工管理を行う。

・施工を担当する解体工事会社の新規開拓を行う。

リモートワーク・直行直帰(東京のシェアオフィス利用可)

※上記は、新規オフィス設立までの働き方となります。

※新規オフィス設立後は、基本的に「オフィス出社」を基本とする働き方となります。

※入社直後の研修期間や社内外の打ち合わせなどのため、不定期で東京・名古屋オフィスに出社いただきます。

※営業活動のための全国出張もあります。

2019年から現在にかけて民間ベンチャーキャピタルや国のファンドから、資金調達を実施しました。今後事業を成長させていくため、個人のお客様だけでなく、不動産会社などの法人のお客様経由での解体工事のサポートも開始し、このサービスを今後拡大していく予定です。そこで重要顧客となる大手不動産会社向けの法人営業担当として、組織を牽引いただける方を募集します。

【応募資格】

  • 必須条件

・解体・不動産・土木・建築・建設・内装・リフォーム等の業界での営業、もしくは施工管理経験(目安:3年以上)

・土曜勤務が可能な方(日・火 or 水がお休みとなります)

・普通自動車免許をお持ちの方

  • 優遇条件

・解体業界での営業、施工管理の経験をお持ちの方

・下記の資格をお持ちの方

  • 建築施工管理技士
  • 解体工事施工技士
  • 建築物石綿含有建材調査者

・PC操作及びITツールの利用経験

・コミュニケーション能力、ヒアリング力、課題発見力がある方
