【仕事内容】

【業務内容】

■本部長直下PJTでの営業組織立ち上げ、および提案営業活動

■顧客の事業課題・業務課題(特に採用ミスマッチ防止、人材配置、離職リスクなど)のヒアリングと、適性検査・サーベイのデータを活用したソリューション提案

■社内関係部門(マーケティング・プロダクト・CS等)との連携による価値提供

■顧客との関係性構築を通じたサービス活用の最大化支援(従業員の性格データに基づいたタレント活用・組織改善の支援を含む)

■組織フェーズに応じた営業戦略や施策立案の推進

■チームづくりやメンバー育成、将来的なマネジメントにも関与可能

【必須経験・スキル】

▽以下いずれか1つ以上のご経験3年以上

■無形商材(SaaS、IT、HRなど)の法人営業経験

■課題ヒアリング~提案型営業の経験

■組織マネジメントや採用責任者など、人や組織に関わる実務経験

■新サービスを広めることに興味・意欲がある方

※人事データ・組織開発領域の経験は なくてもOK。入社後にキャッチアップ可能です。

【歓迎経験・スキル】

■人事データ、組織データ(適性検査、サーベイ、エンゲージメントなど)を用いた営業経験

■新規事業・新規営業組織の立ち上げ経験

■SaaSプロダクトの営業経験(特に中堅~大手企業向け)

■プロダクト改善や企画に関与した経験

■従業員規模1,000名以上の企業への営業経験
