仕事内容詳細

不動産店舗にて、売買物件に関わる業務サポート をお任せします。

外出業務も多めなので、「ずっとデスクワークは苦手…」という方にも働きやすいお仕事です。

  • 具体的には

・売買物件の写真撮影(1日1~3件程度)

・物件の鍵の受け渡し対応

・役所での書類取得

・オープンハウス設営のフォロー(月3回程度)

・リフォーム・撤去業者対応時の鍵開閉・立ち合い(月5~10件程度)

業務の流れは、入社後に社員さんが丁寧に教えてくれるので、

不動産業界が初めての方も安心してスタートできます。
