▼Responsibilities
- In charge of planning, performance management, product costing, business analysis, governance, and compliance for the business unit in Japan.
- Provide reliable data for management decision-making as a trusted business partner.
- Supervise and improve operational excellence scenarios and implement projects in Japan.
- Participate in critical business steering projects and evaluate baseline scenarios/models.
- Accountable for operational planning, forecasting processes, and target setting coordination.
- Analyze business and site performance, provide gap analysis, and recommend decisions.
- Enforce financial policies, procedures, guidelines, and internal control effectiveness.
- Coordinate within the business unit and influence stakeholders on controlling topics.

Requirements

- 財務、会計、経営管理または関連分野の学士号
- 4年以上のビジネスコントロールまたは財務と会計における経験
- 優れた英語および日本語の書面および口頭のコミュニケーション能力 ▼歓迎要件
- 報告システムの堅実で実践的な知識、デジタル化およびコントロールツールのスキルがあれば尚可
