仕事内容


<社労士法人での実務対応をお願いします>

  • 顧問先対応(主に電話・WEB)
  • PCでのデータ入力
  • 書類関係の整理
  • 給与計算(エムケイシステムの社労夢を利用)
  • 各種保険申請(社労夢を利用)

クリニックの新規開業サポートなど医療業界の顧問先をメインとしております。

2023年にニューオータニビジネスコート内で拡大移転を行い、社会保険労務士法人化いたしました。

土日祝の休日出勤は有りません。

時間外は月5~10時間程度となります。

相談・申請・給与計算・助成金まで幅広く顧問対応をしており、

実務も縦割りではなく、幅広く実務を経験していけます。

顧問先との相談対応もチャット・WEBを主としており、申請・給与計算業務とバランス良く取り組んでいただけます。

【当事務所について】

医療分野に精通しております。

労務相談顧問契約、労務(手続きセット)顧問契約、給与計算、クリニック開業(採用支援)、助成金受給サポート等幅広いサポートを通して皆様のビジネスをさらに加速させるよう尽力いたします。

職員数20名体制に向けて2025年11月にオフィス移転(同じニューオータニ内で拡大移転)いたしました。

事務所を出てもホテルニューオータニ内の共有スペース(社員食堂、トイレ、休憩室など)が利用できますので休憩・息抜きも充実した環境となっております。

*PCスキル(メール、Word、 Excel、チャット等)

*社労士事務所経験

*給与計算や企業などでの人事実務経験がある方優遇

*社労士事務所経験者の場合条件面も優遇します。

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

勤務時間:9時~18時(休憩1時間)

※残業は月5~10時間程度です

休日休暇


完全週休2日制(土日祝)※休日出勤は有りません。

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 23万3000円 〜 34万6000円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり3万7000円 〜(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

賞与年2回(夏季、冬季)※月給1か月分以上支給

昇給スピード早い(年2回昇給有/4月、10月)

給与例


・年収532万円 (月給38万円+賞与2回)

・年収448万円 (月給32万円+賞与2回)

・年収392万円 (月給28万円+賞与2回)

ニューオータニビジネスコート内で拡大移転を行いました。新オフィスは広々とした空間で開放的。業界未経験からスタートしたスタッフ多数在籍しています。

お昼休憩時間は外出自由です。ホテルニューオータニの社員食堂・トイレ・休憩室利用できます。
