仕事内容:

未経験から正社員に

紹介予定派遣としてのお仕事です。

最初の6ヵ月間は派遣社員として働いてもらいますが、

6ヵ月経過のタイミングで派遣先の正社員となります。(派遣先・従業員が双方合意の上)

【仕事内容】

最新鋭の工場での機械の点検やメンテナンスなどをお願いします。

大型のリネンサプライ工場のスタッフとして働いてみませんか?

洗濯機、脱水機、乾燥機などの機械が順調に動いているかを点検・メンテナンスをする大事な役割です

ひとつの作業だけではないので飽きずに続けられるのも魅力のひとつ

未経験でも「機械イジリが好き」な方、大歓迎です彡

専門的な知識やスキルは一切不要です

最初は座学のオリエンテーションから始まります

会社のルールや作業の流れなど、不安なことやわからないことは全てカイケツできます

作業の方法はOJTでしっかり教えてくれますので、

仕事をしながらゆっくり覚えていけます彡

【就業先について】

関連会社を含めて50拠点近くある大手リネンサプライ工場です

ホテルの室内着などを取り扱っています

パート・アルバイトを含めて全国に2000名以上の従業員がいます

正社員登用となった後の待遇は以下の通り

・月給26万~40万(経験により決定)

・昇給年1回、賞与年2回

・家族手当:配偶者10,000円 子供7,000円
