エンタメ業界でヒットIPを生み出す編集職に挑戦しませんか?taskey株式会社が運営するマンガ・ノベルアプリ『peep』で、オリジナル作品の企画から制作・運用まで一貫して携わる編集者を募集します。入社半年以内から担当作を持ち、人気原作のコミカライズやメディアミックス案件にも関われるチャンスが豊富です。

【主な業務内容】

・チャットノベルやマンガ作品の企画・ディレクション

・作家やクリエイターとの打ち合わせ、原稿フィードバック

・コミカライズやメディアミックス案件の連携

・制作進行、スケジュール管理、校正・入稿業務

・担当作品の宣伝や販促企画の立案

・オリジナル漫画企画や新規コンテンツ開発

【教育・研修体制】

入社後は、業界知識や編集業務の基礎、シナリオ講座など独自の社内研修を実施。座学だけでなく、先輩編集者の現場に同席しながら、実践的にものづくりやクリエイターとのコミュニケーションを学べます。定期的なミーティングや面談で進捗やキャパシティを共有し、状況に応じたフォローアップ体制も万全です。

月給:260,000円

・月給には固定残業代55,200円(35時間分)、固定深夜手当3,200円~(10時間分)を含む

・固定残業代を超える労働は別途支給

・給与額は経験・スキル等を考慮し決定

・給与改訂:年2回

・試用期間最大6ヶ月(同条件)
