土木施工管理(未経験者歓迎)

【主な業務内容】

・施工計画の作成

・工程管理、安全管理、品質管理

・原価管理、書類作成業務全般

・現場での進捗確認および協力会社との調整

・神奈川県や川崎市などの地方自治体発注案件で仕事量が安定しています

・社用車による直行直帰スタイルを採用しており、効率的な勤務が可能です

・1級・2級建築施工管理技士(補)などの資格保持者、建築現場経験者も歓迎します

自治体発注のインフラ工事がメインのため、景気に左右されにくい安定した仕事量があります。 昇給年1回、賞与年2回に加え、現場手当や勤続手当など、収入面でのサポートも万全です。

・学歴不問、資格不問(未経験者・ブランクのある方も歓迎)

・普通自動車免許(AT限定可)をお持ちの方

勤務時間・曜日:

・勤務時間:8:00~18:00(実働8時間)

・休憩時間:120分

・平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日~22日

・施工管理担当は現場への直行直帰が可能です。

・基本給:月給 25万円 〜 40万円(固定残業代なし)

30歳代:500万円~800万円

40歳代:700万円~1000万円
