リネンサプライ事業部の法人営業【神奈川】営業効率化のための業務標準化・仕組み化の実現
【仕事内容】
- お任せしたい役割
・ホテル/宿泊施設に対し、担当地域におけるマーケットシェアの拡大に向けて、既存顧客への営業を通じて、取引商品を拡充する(扱う商材は、リネン製品というカーテン/シーツ/ユニフォーム・浴衣/タオル/寝具など多彩なレンタル商品)。
・ホテル/宿泊施設のオープン情報をもとに新規顧客の獲得に向けた営業活動を通じてシェア拡大を目指す。
具体的には、業界情報誌からのインプットだけではなく、支配人やオーナー、宿泊施設先に商材を卸している各業者、ビルメンテナンス業者とも関係性を築き、系列ホテル・近隣ホテルの開設情報を獲得するなど、マーケット情報を積極的に把握し、売り上げ拡大に貢献する。

- 福祉用具レンタル・販売事業
居宅介護支援事業所、地域包括支援センター、病院などを対象に福祉用具のレンタル・販売の営業活動を行っています。豊富な品揃えで、あらゆるニーズに対応しています。また、福祉用具の選定だけではなく、介護に関するサービス全体の相談を受け付けています。
- リネンサプライ事業
全国のホテルや旅館、病院等にリネン製品(寝具・カーテンなど)を提供しています。医療現場においては、高い衛生管理基準と安全性に徹底的にこだわった質の高いリネンサプライサービスを展開。また、外国人観光客の増加に伴い、ホテルの稼働率も上がっており、現在伸びている分野です。
