チームの効率性と生産性の管理、維持、改善を担当し、24時間生放送番組の運営を維持し、放送品質を満たす。

≪職務範囲≫
• 生放送中のスタジオ内業務を効果的かつ効率的に推進する。
• 業務上の必要性に応じて、国内外への出張を担当する。
• 番組品質の維持・向上を図る。
• キッチン関連番組をレビューし、スーパーバイザーに報告する。
• QVCのグローバルブランディングを深く理解し、「お客様への最高の表現」と「オペレーション品質の向上」を実現するための環境整備を行う。
• スーパーバイザーと定期的にMTGや面談を行い、協力して職場環境の維持・向上を図る。
• 短期・長期プロジェクトを含む社内プロジェクト全般を把握し、それらを遂行する。
• QVCのコンプライアンス方針を遵守する。さらに、「QVCアイデンティティ」への理解を深め、他者を尊重した公正で倫理的な環境を構築する。
• オペレーション品質の維持・向上のため、他チーム・他部署のリーダー、関係者との連携・協力を推進する。
• オペレーション改善や新規オペレーションにつながるプロセスを提案する。
≪主な職務内容≫
24時間番組放送、制作、撮影業務(60%)
• 生放送の現場において、効率的かつ最適な運営をリードする。
• 各種資料やVODを通して商品知識を深め、番組を継続的にレビューすることで、お客様にとって快適で親しみやすい番組の企画・戦略をスーパーバイザーに提案する。
• 挿入撮影、プロモーション撮影、FMV撮影など、料理が必要な撮影で使用する機材を選定し、新たな提案を行う。
急な欠員やその他諸事情により休日出勤を要請された場合は、要請に応じて可能な限り出勤する。
サンプルの管理(15%)
• 指示内容に基づき、プログラムで使用する商品サンプルの数を算出し、ベンダーに発注する。また、発注したサンプルの到着を確認する。
• 食品サンプル倉庫を整理整頓し、冷凍食品・冷蔵食品を管理する。
食品サンプル倉庫の棚卸を定期的に実施し、使用予定のないサンプルや賞味期限切れのサンプルについてはベンダーに報告し、返却または廃棄を依頼する。
スタジオエリアの管理(10%)
• 調理スタジオと調理場の清掃、調理器具のメンテナンスを行う。
• スタジオで使用する消耗品の在庫管理表を作成し、リアルタイムで管理する。
防火補助監督者として、消火設備の設置場所と使用方法を理解し、火災発生源への対応およびガス排出口の管理を行う。
提案(10%)
新商品や販売が難しい商品の打ち合わせに出席し、デモンストレーションやレシピの提案を行う。
シフト管理(5%)
シニアキッチンコーディネーターが作成したシフトを二重チェックし、すべてのプログラムを確実に担当する。

≪望ましい資格≫
• 学歴:料理関連の短期大学卒業以上、または調理関連の職務経験。
• 経験:レストランでの調理経験、または調理済み食品サンプルの撮影業務に携わった経験。
