About The RoleFour Seasons Hotel Osaka is looking for a talented enthusiastic Bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. You will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs and expectations.
Collaboration
Collaborate with other hotel staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure a seamless and coordinated service experience for guests.
Monthly Seasonal Cocktails
Create and curate a rotating menu of monthly seasonal cocktails to offer guests a unique and diverse experience.
Experiment with new recipes and ingredients to stay innovative and on-trend in the ever-evolving world of mixology.
Collaborate with the kitchen to pair cocktails with seasonal menu offerings.
Inventory Management
Monitor and manage the bar inventory, including ordering supplies, tracking usage, and minimizing waste.
Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Customer Engagement
Actively engage with guests to build rapport and encourage repeat business.
Solicit feedback from customers to continuously improve service and beverage offerings.
Promotions And Marketing
Work with the marketing team to develop promotions and marketing strategies for the bar.
Promote special events, happy hours, and other promotions to attract and retain customers.
Maintaining Ambiance
Contribute to creating and maintaining a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere within the bar area.
Ensure that the bar is aesthetically pleasing, clean, and well-maintained at all times.
What You Bring
Higher school education or equivalent experience
Minimum two years bartending or related work
Ability to pour, mix, and blend a wide variety, of wines, spirits, and missed drinks
Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions
Fluent in Japanese and English is preferable
Must have valid working permit in Japan
