About The Role
ensures efficient seating arrangements, manages reservations, and coordinates closely with the bar staff to provide exceptional guest experiences. A Bar Hostess must maintain a professional appearance, possess excellent communication skills, and uphold the hotel's standards of hospitality and service.

What You Will Do

• Greet guests warmly.
• Escort guests to their seats and present menus.
• Manage guest reservations and waiting lists efficiently.
• Ensure guests are comfortable and attended to while waiting.
• Communicate effectively with bartenders and servers to ensure smooth service flow.
• Monitor cleanliness and ambiance of the bar area, adjusting lighting, music, or seating as needed.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Promote daily specials or featured drinks as directed.
• Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor at all times.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Support the overall service team during busy periods (e.g., helping with clearing or resetting tables).

What You Bring

• Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
• Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Groomed appearance and adherence to uniform standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
