仕事内容:

業界未経験歓迎 EC通販の受注管理ポジション

ネクステージグループホールディングス株式会社のグループ企業、株式会社HRCでの受注管理(フルフィルメント)ポジションの募集です。HRCはバストケア商品を中心とした自社オリジナル商品を展開し、EC通販領域で急成長中。主力商材のナイトブラは市場トップクラスのシェアを誇ります。

あなたにお任せするのは、EC通販における「商品をお客様の元へ遅延なく届ける」ための受注管理業務。専用システムを使った受注処理やお客様対応、外部委託会社との連携、倉庫への出荷依頼、配送関連の企画、業務フローの最適化など、幅広い業務を担います。特に、効率的な業務フローの構築や、お客様満足度・利便性向上のための施策提案・運用に注力していただきます。

【1日の流れ例】

9:00~10:00 全体・1on1ミーティングで進捗確認

10:00~13:00 受注業務・委託会社への依頼

13:00~14:00 ランチタイム(13:00~15:00で調整可)

14:00~15:00 施策準備や改善案の実施、関連部署とのミーティング

15:00~17:00 お客様対応や緊急対応

17:00~18:00 業務まとめ・翌日準備・チーム共有

月給:300,000円~350,000円

・基本給:250,900円~306,100円

・固定残業手当:月25時間分、49,100円~59,900円(超過分は別途支給)

・昇給:年2回

・賞与:年2回(7月・12月、前年度実績3ヶ月分)

・試用期間:3ヶ月(同条件)
