強化学習チームのミッションは、強化学習技術を用いて実世界で動作する頑健なE2E自動運転システムを実現することです.そのために、評価・学習に使用する3D Gaussian Splattingベースのシミュレータ,大規模分散強化学習基盤,制御システム(MPC等)に取り組んでいます。
■強化学習エンジニアの業務内容
・実世界で動作する頑健なE2E自動運転モデルの研究・開発を行います.
・E2E自動運転向けシミュレータの開発
・大規模な分散強化学習基盤の構築
・実世界で走行可能なE2E自動運転モデルを実現する強化学習アルゴリズムの研究・開発
・実際の走行試験による強化学習モデルの性能検証
Requirements
・チューリングの理念への共感
・強化学習の理論と実装に精通していること
・自身で強化学習の環境・報酬を設計した経験
・Pythonで基礎的なアルゴリズム実装が可能であること
・日本語でのコミュニケーション能力(JLPT N2相当以上)

プリンシパルエンジニア
・想定年収:15,000,000円~25,000,000円
・基本給:952,380円~1,587,306円
・みなし残業手当:297,620円~496,034円(※みなし残業40時間相当分)
※上記は想定額のため、最終的には現年収を考慮しつつ経験・スキルを考慮して内定時に提示します
