【職務詳細】
以下の業務より、本人の意欲・力量と会社の課題状況に応じて随時アサインいたします。
・事業計画の立案/立案支援と進捗管理(財務・KPI数値の管理設計と管理を含む)
・新規事業開発/サービス開発およびその立ち上げ・運営
・プロジェクト/タスクの推進(人的資本管理、システム活用、リスク管理、全社的イベント等)
・ハンズオンでのオペレーション支援及び改善活動
・顧客関連トラブルや業務上の問題発生時の対応と再発防止
・取締役会や経営会議等の重要経営会議体の運営、その他、経営企画関連の業務・事業責任者の支援全般

・マーケティング戦略・運営関連の経験

【給与】
年収:700万~900万程度
月給制:月額500000円
