Job Description
セールスアドバイザー(H&Mアパレル販売スタッフ)は、ストアの売上と利益に貢献する最高のカスタマーエクスペリエンスを提供する役割を担っていまます。セールスアドバイザーとして、常にカスタマーを第一に考え、サポートを提供し、商品やファッションの知識を共有。店舗運営やカーメント(衣類)ケアを通じて、カスタマーが買い物をしやすい環境を整えます。

また、自分の知識やスキルをチームメンバーと共有し、必要な時には助け合いながら、前向きな職場環境を築いてください。

主な業務

  • 優れたカスタマーエクスペリエンスを提供する。
  • ガーメント(商品)の陳列、補充、フロアの整理整頓、ディスプレイを行う。
  • 販売フロアや在庫室で積極的に商品を処理、補充、在庫管理を行う。
  • 商品を開封し、セキュリティタグを付けてラベルを貼る。
  • レジにてお客様の購入や返品をサポートし、店内業務全般を担当。

応募資格

  • 小売業、商品陳列、またはカスタマーサービスの経験がある方
  • 効果的な時間管理 - ストレスに強く、優先順位をつけるのが得意であること
  • ブランドアンバサダーとして、常にお客様のニーズを優先するカスタマーサービスマインドを持つこと。
  • ファッションの知識があり、ファッショントレンドに興味があること。
  • 販売のマインドセットを持ち、顧客のニーズにアプローチし、満たす能力があること。

雇用契約期間:有期労働契約(アルバイト)

試用期間:3~6か月間(試用期間中の給与・勤務時間:本採用と同じ)

就業場所:(雇い入れ直後)H&M(有明ガーデン)、もしくは提示のあったそのほかの店舗

時間外労働の詳細:ワークライフバランスを徹底するため残業には店長の事前承認が必要

時給:1,198円~
