仕事内容:

当社では、これまでアニメ・漫画・音声作品を中心に、様々なクリエイターと協力しながら新しいエンタメコンテンツを生み出してきました。今後のさらなる事業拡大に向けた最重要戦略として、世界最大のPCゲームプラットフォーム「Steam」を舞台とした、完全新規IPのゲーム開発プロジェクトを始動します。

この挑戦を成功に導くため、企画から制作・リリースまでを一貫して牽引できるプロジェクトマネージャーを募集します。

国内外の開発スタジオやクリエイターと協力しながら、作品の進行管理だけでなく、世界観の構築や演出・クオリティ面にも深く携わっていただける、非常にやりがいの大きいポジションです。

1|全体進行管理

・開発スケジュール・予算管理・リソース配分の計画・実行・進捗管理

2|部門間連携・合意形成

・開発 × マーケティングの連携強化など

3|クオリティマネジメント

・KPIを意識し、ユーザー体験を最大化するための施策提案と実行。

4|ベンダー(外部開発会社)・外部パートナーマネジメント

・外部との進行・スコープ定義、見積・契約管理、納品受入/検収。幅広い視野での影響力を訴求。

★漫画やアニメなどの日本コンテンツ好きが集まっています

【必須経験】

・PCゲームの制作経験をお持ちの方(プラットフォーム不問)

・全体進行管理とクオリティ向上を主体的に回せる方

【歓迎する経験】

・外部の開発スタジオやクリエイター(イラストレーター、シナリオライター等)との折衝や進行管理のご経験

・新規IPの立ち上げに携わったご経験

・スタートアップや少人数チームでの業務経験

・目的から逆算して"いまやるべき一手"を切れる方

・意思決定をドライブしつつ、関係者の納得を推進できる方

・PCゲーム、コンシューマーゲーム、アニメ、漫画など、エンタメ・IP領域に強い情熱をお持ちの方

・変化の速い環境でも、それを楽しみながら前向きに対応できる柔軟性のある方

勤務時間・曜日:

月40~80時間程度の稼働を想定(それ以上も歓迎、相談可)

└平日週3日以上、日中のコアタイム(11:00~15:00)に稼働可能な方

└副業OKなので現職との両立が可能

└リモートと出社のハイブリットを想定
