営業なし台本あり 太陽光・蓄電池ご契約者様へのご案内スタッフ

\ほぼ事務作業♪ 未経験スタート多数/

すでに太陽光・蓄電池をご契約済みのお客様へ、

お電話でのご案内や日程調整を行うお仕事です。

営業・ノルマは一切ありません。

補助金申請に必要な書類のご案内

書類未提出・不足内容の確認

→ 施工管理事務の「電話対応部分」を担当するイメージです。

施工管理・申請事務を電話でサポートする裏方役

・ご契約済みのお客様への確認連絡(台本あり)

・各種日程調整のご案内

・簡単なデータ入力

・チャットワークを使った社内連絡・取次対応

→電話対応+チャット対応が中心で、

「ほぼ事務作業」のような感覚で働けます。

・ビル回り飲食店、コンビニも近くにあり

給与:

時給1,300円~1400円
