仕事内容:
QAオートメーションおよびAI関連プロジェクトを推進する部門にて、
PMO(プロジェクトマネジメントオフィス)業務 をご担当いただきます。
- プロジェクト計画・進捗・課題・リスク管理
- 各種会議体の運営(定例会議、レビュー、調整会議など)
- プロジェクト資料作成(WBS、進捗報告、課題管理表 等)
- 関係部署・開発チーム・ベンダーとの調整業務
- QAオートメーション/AI導入に関する情報整理・展開
- プロセス改善、標準化の支援
- その他付随するPMO業務全般
求める人材:
必須条件
- ITプロジェクトにおけるPMOまたはプロジェクト管理経験
- Excel、PowerPointによる資料作成経験
- 関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方
歓迎条件
- QA(品質保証)、テスト、テスト自動化に関する知識
- AI/機械学習関連プロジェクトの参画経験
- 開発プロジェクト(ウォーターフォール/アジャイル)経験
- Jira、Confluence、Redmine等の管理ツール利用経験
- ベンダーコントロール経験
