入社後まずは以下いずれかの業務に携わっていただきます。
- テスト自動化支援
実プロジェクトのテスト自動化を目指した構成検討/設計/開発/構築/運用設計
→CI/CD環境の構築
→テストコード生成やテストデータ生成
- 生成AI、AI活用支援
生成AIを実プロジェクト内で活用するために必要な構成検討/設計/開発/構築/運用設計
→ChatGPT等大規模言語モデルの活用
→生成AI活用に必要となるプロンプトの作成や精度向上施策の検討
◎開発環境/商材の説明
・機械学習、自然言語処理、もしくはAIに関する基本的な知識
・クラウドサービス(Azure/AWS/GCP)の利用、および環境下における開発経験
・データベース(SQL等)を用いた開発経験
・AIの倫理的な利用やバイアスに関する知識、経験
・AzureOpenAIなどを用いたアプリケーションおよびシステムの開発経験

※上記年収レンジは目安です。前職の給与・スキル・経験等を考慮の上、当社規定により決定致します。 所定勤務時間7時間30分(休憩1時間)、フレックスタイム制(コアタイムなし)
