【仕事内容】

IT技術を発揮して学びの機会提供を支えるテックリードを募集します

【業務詳細】

今後5年程度をかけて、先述した「システムの刷新」や「業務拡大による機能拡張」といった状況にあります。これまで社外委託していた開発体制から内製にシフトしました。内製開発のチーム立ち上げ、アーキテクチャ構築から携わっていただきます。

参画初期は以下等のキャッチアップをしながら、お持ちのスキルを活かしていただきます。

■キャッチアップ後は、テックリードとして、システム開発・運用をリードしていただきます。

仕事を行っていく環境として、以下のような特徴があります。

▽技術調査、技術的提案を積極的に行える

■AIの活用、調査用パブリッククラウドなど、新しい要素技術に常に触れることができます。

■以前から内製しているプロダクトチームのテックリードや新規参画したテックリードなど、技術レベルの高いエンジニアとディスカッションして仕事を行える環境です。

【求める人材】

【必須経験・スキル】

▽実務経験

■Java(Springベース)の業務系WEBアプリケーション開発の経験5年以上

■テックリード、システムアーキテクトに準ずる経験2年以上

■システム開発のエンジニアリーダーの経験

■技術選定、開発ルール策定、コードレビューの経験

■ユニットテスト、CI/CDを使った開発経験

▽能力面

■論理的思考力(情報整理、要約力、仮説構築能力など)

■コミュニケーション能力(知識がない人にもわかりやすく伝えることができる)

■関係者を主体的に力強く巻き込み形にしていく強い推進力

▽興味関心

■人材育成に関心のある方

▽マインドセット

■物事に率先して取り組める

■粘り強く、逆境に強い

■社会人就業経験3年以上

■グロービスの事業およびグロービス・ウェイの理念に共鳴できる方

■言語要件:日本語能力がネイティブレベルの方、または、日本語能力試験(JLPT)1級相当以上
