■募集背景:
当社の主力事業である経理財務向けSaaSプロダクト群は、安定期にある主力製品から急成長・立ち上げ期の新規製品まで多岐にわたり、事業全体として急成長を遂げています。
この成長をさらに加速させ、強固な顧客基盤を築くため、約70名が所属するカスタマーサクセス部門の次期リーダーを募集いたします。

本ポジションには、管掌役員直下で経営視点を持ち、GRR(Gross Revenue Retention)の向上という重要ミッションを担っていただきます。セールスや開発など他部門との友好的な関係を構築し、全社を巻き込みながら事業成長を牽引いただける、将来の本部長を見据えられる人材を求めています。

■業務内容:
・経理財務向けSaaSプロダクト群全体のカスタマーサクセス戦略立案と実行
・重要KPI(GRR、顧客満足度スコア等)の設計、予実管理、改善施策の推進
・約70名規模の組織マネジメント(直接支援・間接支援部門の統括、メンバーの採用・育成・評価制度の構築)
・複数プロダクト(安定期~立上げ期)の特性に応じた、最適なサクセスプランの設計と実行管理
・セールス、マーケティング、プロダクト開発といった他部門との密な連携と、円滑な協業体制の構築
・管掌役員へのレポーティングおよび経営会議での事業報告、戦略提言
・セールス、開発、マーケティング等、他部門との連携プロセスを再構築し、全社横断での顧客価値最大化を主導

・部門全体の戦略立案、予算策定、KPI管理のご経験
・営業、開発など、他部門を巻き込んだ全社横断的なプロジェクトの推進経験

■歓迎要件:
・カスタマーサクセス部門の立ち上げ、または大規模な組織改革のご経験
・経理財務領域に関する業務知識や資格(簿記など)
