【主な仕事内容】

  • 人材が必要な日本企業と日本の技能を習得しながら働きたい外国人の双方をサポート
  • 日本企業や海外取引企業に対して、制度の説明、スケジュール調整等
  • 日本企業と海外に同行し、実習生の採用面接を担当
  • ビザ等の各種申請書類作成・手続き業務
  • 技能実習生の入国から帰国までのサポート
  • 管理・指導、定期フォロー、問題解決等のサポート

実習生を日本企業に紹介するだけでなく

来日後には雇い主と実習生がより良い関係を築けるように

サポートする役割があります。

◎海外出張に外国語力不要(通訳がつくので安心です。)

  • PC(Excel、Word)の基本スキル必須
  • 普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)
  • コミュニケーション力のある方

  • コツコツと業務に取り組める方
  • 協調性があり、臨機応変に対応できる方

  • 監理団体、登録支援機関での勤務経験がある方
  • 海外出張が可能な方
  • 30代、40代 活躍中

勤務時間・曜日:

09:00~18:00 (休憩時間 12:00~13:00)

土日祝休み

※残業は月10時間以内/本人の歳量に任せていますが、原則残業はありません。
