【仕事内容】

キャノングループやNECグループといった大手企業のプライム案件を中心に、サーバやクラウド環境の設計・構築から運用・保守まで、一貫して携わるインフラエンジニアの仕事です。上流工程から参画できるチャンスが豊富にあります。

<扱う商材・サービス>

サーバ、ネットワーク、AWSやAzureといったクラウドなど、幅広いインフラ技術を扱います。最近では、外部委託としては初となるパッケージ製品の保守も任されています。

大手企業との直取引(プライム案件)が9割以上を占めるため、顧客と近い距離で要件定義などの上流工程から深く関わることが可能です。

<案件事例>

・複数サービスの統合

サービスや種類の異なるデータベースの統合プロジェクト。それに伴うインフラの設計からテストまで、一連の工程を担当します。

基本的に2〜4名のチームで顧客先に常駐します。案件は年単位の長期アサインが基本となるため、腰を据えてスキルを磨ける環境です。

・インフラに関する何らかの実務経験をお持ちの方(運用・保守からでも挑戦できます)

・システム移行、またはDB移行のご経験

【募集背景】

大手電気機器グループなどと安定的な直取引を続け、システム開発事業を展開している同社。近年では財閥グループの電機メーカーなどとの取引も開始し、事業は順調に拡大中です。今回募集するのは、サーバ構築からクラウド領域までを担うインフラエンジニアです。将来的に会社規模を現在の3倍にすることを目指しており、その中核を担う新たなメンバーを募集する運びとなりました。

プロジェクト状況に応じてリモートワークが可能です。現在、社員の約7割が週2〜3回のリモートワークを実施しており、出社と組み合わせた柔軟な働き方を実現しています。

【勤務時間】09:00〜18:00(実働8時間・休憩1時間)

【給与】

400万円〜600万円

月給制 基本給250000円〜

上記基本給に加え固定残業代(月20時間分として39000円以上)支給。固定残業時間を超える時間外労働分についての割増賃金は別途追加支給。
