【領域ビジョン】

SDV(Software Defined Vehicle)は、ソフトウェアを継続的にアップデートし、販売後も車両の機能・価値を向上させていくことで、クルマを「移動手段」から「新たな体験を提供するプラットフォーム」へと進化させます。そのソフトウェアアップデートの基盤をつくり、多様に変化するニーズに応える/先取りするために、最新のソフトウェアを迅速かつ確実に配信することを通じ、世界中のお客様がHondaの商品とサービスを通じ喜びを体験していただくことを目指し、私たちと一緒に「創る喜び」を分かち合いませんか?

【募集の背景】

Hondaは、「すべての人が心から安心して、どこへも自由に移動することができる、喜びある未来」を世界に届けてきました。現在、電動化やIT技術の急速な深化に伴い、車載ソフトウェアをアップデートすることで、お客様のニーズに合わせた機能やUXを提供できるSDVの普及が本格化しています。

Hondaは、この変革期を「第二の創業期」と位置づけ、SDV事業を成長の柱として、2024年10月には「SDV事業開発統括部」を設立しました。

車両の進化・時代の変化に合わせ、車両が進化をし続ける新たな価値「ずっと進化」を共に実現させる仲間を増やしています。

私たちの部門では車両のソフトウエアをアップデートすることで機能を「ずっと進化」させお客様に継続的に喜んでいただくこと、新たに開発されたファームウエア商材で新事業収益につなげるためのソフトウエアを「全世界のお客様の車や販売会社に向けて無線や有線で配信するシステムを開発、維持運用」を行っています。無線での配信はOTA(Over The Air)というコネクテッド技術を通じて配信、有線でのソフトウエア書換えは販売店で故障診断機の機能を活用して行っています。無線、有線に関わらずサイバーセキュリティ対応やソフトウエア構成・履歴管理が大変重要になっています。

【具体的には】

・次世代車両アーキテクチャー向けソフトウエアアップデートサーバー設計

・車両へのソフトウェア配信を実行するサーバーの要件定義・開発

・ユーザー、機器認証仕様のセキュリティ要件定義・開発

・セキュリティ技術開発経験
