Key Responsibilities:

  • Should have hands on experience in Core IMS products.
  • Solid knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and technologies.
  • Experience with monitoring tools, troubleshooting techniques, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Basic understanding of Kubernetes and networking. Configuration implementation experience. Familiarity with Diameter, SIP, RTP, TLS and UDP protocols.
  • Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field Should have hands on experience in Core IMS products.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operation and support of Core IMS nodes (ASBC, CFX, TAS, MRF,SDM).
  • Possess a solid understanding of VOLTE, SIP, and other associated protocols Troubleshoot Core IMS incidents to identify the root cause and ensure swift and effective resolution.
  • Leverage Kubernetes for networking and container orchestration, ensuring smooth integration and automation with network infrastructure.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of cloud basics, including cloud networking and the ability to automate network-related tasks in a cloud environment.
  • Perform regular technical analysis to ensure the optimization, readiness, and quality of Oracle PCF and CHF nodes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, and vendors to resolve escalated technical issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct testing and verification of any new configurations to ensure they meet service requirements.
  • Exhibit strong logging and troubleshooting skills, promptly identifying, and resolving network issues using automation tools and scripting techniques. Implementation of changes
  • Handle communications with different domain or engineering and operation team.
  • Take ownership of network-related problems, ensuring timely resolution and providing detailed incident reports.
  • Working from office.
  • Manage production servers
  • Responsible for production servers SLA
  • Handle Customer tickets/Change requests/Release requests
  • Support Engineering team/testing team
  • Leverage Kubernetes for networking and container orchestration, ensuring smooth integration and automation with network infrastructure.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of cloud basics, including cloud networking and the ability to automate network-related tasks in a cloud environment.
