職務内容
- メール/ACS/IoT製品に関するレベル2サポートを提供し、HTTP(S)、SMTP、SOAP/XMLなどのプロトコルに関連する技術的な問題のトラブルシューティングと解決を行います。
- チケット/問題/変更/インシデント/構成管理に関するSMEサポート
- システムアラーム、アラート、KPI、および使用率を測定/最適化することにより、システムの健全性とサービスの信頼性を確保します。
- メール/ACS/IoT関連のインシデントを監視およびトラブルシューティングし、根本原因を特定して迅速かつ効果的な解決策を確実に提供します。
- 定期的な技術分析/監査を実施し、サービスの最適化と品質を確保します。
- 開発チームと連携して、新機能の設計、レビュー、実装を行います。
- 社内チーム、パートナー、ベンダーと連携して、エスカレーションされた技術的問題を解決し、是正措置を実施します。
- 潜在的なパフォーマンスのボトルネック、信頼性リスク、およびスケーリングの課題を積極的に特定し、対処します。
- 開発、品質保証、本番環境で使用されているさまざまな環境を24時間365日稼働できるように運用し、システムの健全性を管理します。
- インシデント発生後の徹底的なレビュー(事後分析)を実施し、根本原因を特定し、是正措置を実施し、再発を防止します。
- 運用効率を向上させるために技術文書を維持します。
- インフラストラクチャのプロビジョニング、構成管理、デプロイメントパイプライン(CI/CD)、運用タスクの自動化を開発・実装します。
- 開発者の生産性、システムの可観測性、運用効率を向上させるツールを構築・保守します。
- オンコールシフトのローテーションプールへの参加を希望します。
- 緊急の問題や定期メンテナンスに対応するため、営業時間外、夜間、週末に時折勤務可能な方
応募資格:
- 経験年数:7~10年
- エンジニアリングおよび運用における関連経験が8年以上(サイト信頼性エンジニアリング、DevOps、メール、ACS(自動構成サービス)、IoTソリューションのL2運用の経験)
- メール、ACS(自動構成サービス)、クラウドでホストされるIoTソリューションのL2運用の経験(Axigen/Titan Email、Ginie ACSなど)
- 監視ツール、トラブルシューティング手法、パフォーマンス分析の経験
- チームスピリット様々なステークホルダーと連携できる優れたコミュニケーション能力
- 優れた時間管理能力、自発性、自立心
- 中級レベルの日本語能力(会話力と読解力の両方)(あれば尚可)
- 資格:CKA、CKAD(望ましい)
技術スキル:
- 特定の分散システム技術(例:Kafka、Elasticsearch)の経験
- Kubernetes、Docker、GitHub、Jenkins、ロギングとメトリクス、Prometheus、Kibana、Grafanaの実務経験
- IPV6、IPV4、DNS、ロードバランシングの概念、ネットワークの概念
- Linux、SQL/NOSQLデータベース
