■クラウドスペシャリストの立場で顧客システムのクラウドリフト・クラウドシフトに伴う上流工程から支援します。
PoC、システム化の検討といった上流工程から、その後の要件定義、設計、構築、テスト、リリースまでの一連作業を幅広く対応し、案件によっては運用設計や運用維持保守も実施します。
【入社後に任せる業務内容】
■案件によってチーム体制は大小様々で、数名から7名程度の体制となります。
期間としては、数か月くらいのスパンから長いと1年強など様々な案件を対応していくため最新のクラウド技術(コンテナ、Kubernetes)についても触れる機会が多いです。
自動化による開発業務もあるため開発経験も積むことも出来ます。多様な技術的な課題に取り組むことで技術者として大きく成長できる環境です。
U-Way(自動構築サービス)をリリースしており、モデルサービスとして開発など自社独自パッケージの展開も進めており新しい取り組みにも挑戦が出来る環境が整っています。
【求める人材】
■求めるスキル・経験【必須】
・5名以上のチームにおけるマネジメント(顧客折衝、進捗管理、課題管理、品質管理、コスト管理、ベンダーコントロールなど)経験
・要件定義、方式設計、基本設計工程の経験(上流工程経験)
・下記いずれか2つ以上のインフラ基盤構築経験
・クラウドサービス(OCI、AWS, Azure等)を利用したシステム構築経験
・仮想化基盤(VMware等)を利用したシステム構築経験
特にオンプレ(VMware)からクラウドへの移行経験
・DB移行(Oracle、PostgreSQL、MySQL、SQLServer)に関わる業務経験
特にオンプレからクラウドへの移行経験
・仮想化、コンテナ技術(kubernetes、docker等)についての経験
・バックアップ/リストア、監視等の運用設計経験
・ディザスタリカバリの設計、構築経験
