仕事内容詳細

韓国メーカースマホのメーカーラウンダーのお仕事

家電量販店や携帯ショップを訪問し、販売促進のサポートを行うルート営業をお任せします。

既に取引のある店舗を中心に回り、

「こんな売り方をするとお客様に伝わりやすいですよ」

「新しいキャンペーンはこう案内すると効果的ですよ」

など、店舗スタッフとコミュニケーションを取って、売上アップを目指します。

営業は基本的に1エリアを1人で担当しますが、

違うエリアにいる仲間と連携して協力体制を築くので連帯感を感じながら働けます。

また、巡回ルートは自分で決められるので自由度の高い働き方が可能です。

  • 具体的には

・売り場の展示チェック、陳列状況の確認

・販促物(POP等)の補充、簡単な設置

・店舗スタッフへの商品説明、情報共有

・売り場改善の簡単な提案

・スマホ、タブレット等での報告書作成

<情報収集・フィードバック>

現場で得られた情報(お客様の声、売れ行き、競合情報など)を収集し報告します。

<報告書作成>

難しいことは一切なし基本的なPC操作ができればOK

各店舗で活動した内容をまとめて報告書を作成

自分がみたこと、聞いたこと、感じたことをしっかり報告

もちろん業務時間内に報告書作成時間が取れる為残業はほぼなしです

<ある日のラウンド>

10:00 直行で店舗巡回開始

13:30 気になるあのお店でランチ

14:30 午後の巡回開始

18:30 報告書作成

19:00 勤務終了

  • 1日の巡点数

目安2~4店舗程度

※店舗距離に応じて変動あり

※遠方巡回時は宿泊ありで無理のないスケジュールで行動できます

  • 移動手段

公共交通機関もしくは車(レンタカーもしくは自家用車)

※行き先によって決定

※自家用車を使用した場合は手当として1日2,000円支給

※レンタカーをする場合は会社で手配します

1日の巡回は2~4店舗程度なので、無理のないスケジュールで働けます。

※月に数回拠点でのミーティングに参加いただく場合があります

移動手段は「公共交通機関」か「車」です(行き先による)

・自家用車使用の場合1日2,000円の手当支給

・レンタカー使用の場合駐車場含め会社がすべて手配

ペーパードライバーで心配という方も安心

  • ペーパードライバー講習を会社負担で受講可能です

  • 土日祝休み&年間休日125日
