【仕事内容】

<役割と期待内容>

ITサービスマネジメントのマネージャ候補として以下の業務をお任せします。

既存案件の拡大、新規クライアントの獲得(営業チームとの連携)

・クライアント・社内外ステークホルダーとの関係構築

・顧客との定例会議資料の作成およびレビュー

・クライアントコミュニケーション、プロジェクト・業務の進捗管理・課題管理、品質管理

・業務プロセスの改善・最適化

・チームメンバーの採用・育成・指導

・メンバーの業務フォロー・技術支援、定期的な1on1等によるキャリアサポート

・目標設定や評価を通じて、チームのパフォーマンスを最大化

・チームのモチベーション管理とコミュニケーション促進

・予実管理・リソース管理

【求める人材】

<求めるスキル、経験【必須】>

・IT運用(PC・サーバ・ネットワーク・クラウドいずれか)の実務経験2年以上

・または、情報システムの実務経験2年以上

・チームマネジメント経験(5人以上のメンバー管理など)

・担当業務・プロジェクトにおいて、チームの成長、業務改善の実績

・クライアント企業の業務・プロジェクト責任者への提案・折衝経験

・予算管理や利益管理の経験
