仕事内容:

■人材サービス会社でのセールス

新規開拓、既存クライアントへの人材採用の課題を一緒にサポート致します。

クライアント様のニーズを把握し解決策を提示します。人材派遣、人材紹介、業務委託、BPOと様々な提案をして頂きます。

大手通信・物流・製造業など業界業種を問わず、幅広く活動しております

色んな業界のお話を聞くことができて知見が広がります。

常にクライアント・経営者の立場でニーズを探求する為、経営感覚も自然に身に付きます。

【給与】

月給:240,000円~380,000円

※上記給与には、32時間分のみなし残業手当(48,000円~76,000円)が含まれます

※超過した場合には、別途支給いたします

※経験・年齢を考慮の上、当社規定により優遇します

年収320万円 / 23歳 /入社2年目

年収400万円 / 27歳 /入社5年目

年収450万円 / 29歳 /入社3年目

年収500万円 / 32歳 マネージャー職 /入社5年目

【昇給・賞与】

給与改定:年2回

賞与:年2回(6月、12月)

決算賞与:年1回(9月)
