【募集背景】

これまでライフサイエンスや防災分野で解析・シミュレーションを行うためのスーパーコンピュータシステムを、大学・研究機関において提案・構築を行ってきていますが、昨今のゲノム解析の保険適用に向けた国の動きなどからゲノム解析用システムにおいて既存および新規のお客様からオンプレだけでなくクラウド上でのシステム構築など多くの引き合いをいただいており、大規模システム(スーパーコンピュータシステム)分野の組織拡大に向けて人財確保及び育成が急務となっています。

【職務概要】

HPC(ハイパフォーマンスコンピューティング)分野の担当として、最新のCPU・GPU・ストレージ・ネットワーク技術を活用し、インフラ整備における新規提案、設計構築、維持運用を行っていただきます。

維持運用を行いつつ、適宜先端技術を活用した提案・構築を行い、社会貢献性の高い分野で技術力を高めていくことができます。

【職務詳細】

・最新動向の把握と提案:HPC関連技術や生成AIや機械学習等のAI関連技術を中心に社外・社内の動向や新たな技術について調べ、それらの潜在的な影響や有用性の評価を行い提案する。

・インフラシステム構築・サポート:サーバ、ストレージ、ネットワーク及びソフトウェア環境を設計し、構築、運用のサポート等を行う。

・ユーザーサポート:顧客からの技術的なご相談への助言や支援を提供しつつ、エンドユーザーからのお問い合わせにも対応する。

当初はHPC関連等の技術を習得していくことになるが、同じ部内においてAIインフラ部隊もいるため、スパコンおよびAIインフラエンジニアとしての市場価値が見込まれます。同様に同じ本部内ではDXを担当している部署もあり、スパコン、AIインフラ技術を活かしてのデータサイエンティストとしての活躍も可能です。

また、非常に大規模かつ、製薬・医療・防災といった社会貢献度の高い領域へ参画できることも本ポジションのやりがいです。

2.キャリアパス

一般的には担当からPJリーダー、PJマネージャとしてのキャリアパスが多いです。技術を身に着けたうえでマネジメントへ上がっていただくキャリアパスを想定しております。

【働く環境】

1.配属組織/チームについて

1チームにつき社員2〜5名と協力会社の方数名でのチーム構成となります。

年齢層は30〜40代が中心であり、技術志向のメンバーが多く集まっております。

2.働き方について

基本的に顧客先常駐ですが、リモートワークも併用可能となっております。

現状、東京・三島・つくばの3拠点を3,4年でローテーションする体制を取っているため勤務地の変更が発生する可能性がございますが、

東京・神奈川からの通勤で対応しているメンバーが多いです。

応募資格
【必須条件】

■資格

・基本情報処理技術者資格またはそれに準ずる資格

(応用情報処理技術者資格があればより良い)

■業務経験

・Linux(Redhat、Ubuntu等)の構築・運用経験(2年以上)をお持ちの方

【歓迎条件】

■資格

・高度情報処理技術者試験のいずれか

・AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate

・PMP認定

・RHCSAまたはRHCEまたはRHCA

・日本ディープラーニング協会 G検定またはE資格

・TOEIC650点程度の英語力(製品の英語マニュアルが読め理解できるレベル)

■業務経験

・運用管理ツール(Zabbix、Ansible等)の構築・運用経験をお持ちの方

・HPC環境(オンプレ、クラウド)の提案・構築・運用経験をお持ちの方
