仕事内容:

外国人材の生活サポート・管理マネージャーとして、東南アジア出身の特定技能人材(ミャンマー、インドネシア、ベトナム)を中心に、定期面談や生活面の支援、受入企業との調整、定着支援など幅広い業務をお任せします。

【主な仕事内容】

・カスタマーサクセスチームの立ち上げ、KPI設計やマネジメント

・顧客の本質的ニーズを捉えたサクセス計画(オンボーディングプラン、スケジュール等)の立案・実行

・外国人受入から定着までの支援(受入企業との事前打ち合わせ、定期面談の実施等)

・意思決定者との調整や追加紹介依頼までのシナリオ設計と自律的活動

・外国人材の離職率低減のための施策立案・実行、LTV最大化

・カスタマーサクセス組織・営業への共有、インドネシア人材開発拠点へのフィードバック

月給:320,000円~620,000円

月給=基本給+一律手当(見込み残業30時間分含む/超過分は全額支給)

・賞与あり(成果報酬制:年間数万円~70万円ほど)

・毎月MVP賞与(1.5万円)

・ストックオプション付与可能性あり(正社員のみ/入社半年後ジャッジ)

・自動車運転免許取得で月給+12,000円

年収モデル

・4,000,000円/入社1年目・メンバー

・5,200,000円/入社3年目・マネージャー

・12,000,000円/入社6年目・役員
