仕事内容:

外国人材の生活サポート・管理マネージャーとして、東南アジア出身の特定技能人材(ミャンマー、インドネシア、ベトナム)を中心に、定期面談や生活面の支援、受入企業との調整、定着支援など幅広い業務をお任せします。

【主な仕事内容】

・カスタマーサクセスチームの立ち上げ、KPI設計やマネジメント

・顧客の本質的ニーズを捉えたサクセス計画(オンボーディングプラン、スケジュール等)の立案・実行

・外国人受入から定着までの支援(受入企業との事前打ち合わせ、定期面談の実施等)

・意思決定者との調整や追加紹介依頼までのシナリオ設計と自律的活動

・外国人材の離職率低減のための施策立案・実行、LTV最大化

・カスタマーサクセス組織・営業への共有、インドネシア人材開発拠点へのフィードバック
