【仕事内容】

■同社にて、設計・監理(シニア向け集合住宅・介護施設)業務をご担当いただきます。

【具体的には】

・シニア向け集合住宅(ヘーベルVillage)・介護施設・一般メゾン の基本設計・実施設計・設計監理

・各本部からのシニア向け集合住宅(ヘーベルVillage)に関する設計支援

※介護施設:サービス付き高齢者住宅・老人ホームなど

・案件数:新規1棟・既契約1棟・着工中1 棟の計3棟程度を同時稼働で担当するイメージです。

※月平均残業時間:20~40時間程度

※大きな規模感を持つ同社ですが、個人の働き方としては裁量を持って仕事を進められます。

【求める人材】

以下いずれも満たす方

■1級建築士をお持ちの方、もしくは、福祉施設に関する設計経験をお持ちの方

■一般的な建築知識をお持ちの方

■通常レベルの対人対応力がある方

【給与】

万円

※上記年収は各種手当+賞与を含む金額です。

※賞与:年2回(6月、12月)
