アート業界に革新をもたらすArtXの「カスタマーサクセス」を募集しています。 世界のアート市場は約10兆円規模にもかかわらず、いまだアナログな業務や属人的な取引が数多く残されており、大きな変革の余地があります。 私たちは、東京・ロンドンの2拠点体制で事業を運営しており、この巨大市場をデータとプロダクトで変革し、日本発の世界No.1のアートマーケットプレイスを目指しています 私たちが運営する 「ArtXCloud」 はギャラリー(お客様)の業務の効率化支援にとどまらず、 AIやデータを活用しギャラリーの売上げ向上の支援まで目指しているプロダクトです。 日本でシェア約15%を獲得し、現在はグローバル市場(650億ドル規模)へ拡大中です。 提供しているプロダクト ・ギャラリー・コレクター向けSaaS「ArtXCloud」 ・アート専用マーケットプレイス 「ArtX」 主にお任せしたいこと 本ポジションは、クライアントの課題解決から、契約後の伴走支援までを担っていただきます。 日々クライアントと向き合う中で得られる気づきや課題は、 プロダクト改善やサービス設計に活かされ、自身のアクションが事業成長として返ってくる実感を得られるポジションです。 主に以下の業務を一気通貫で推進いただきます。 ・クライアントの課題解決を通じた事業成長への貢献、およびプロダクトと顧客のLTV最大化 ・オンボーディング支援、データに基づく戦略構築、クロスセル・アップセルの機会創出 など ArtXの代表取締役で、アイザックの共同創業者でもある播口は、 複数の新規事業を立ち上げグロースさせてきた実績があり、チームには上場経験者も在籍しています。 チームは現在10名程度と小規模ながら、だからこそコアメンバーとして事業の成長をダイレクトに体感できる環境があります。 日本発のテクノロジーで世界のアート市場を変革する、そんな大きなビジョンに共に挑戦できる仲間を探しています。 カスタマーサクセスを通じてグローバルに活躍したい方、アート未経験の方も大歓迎です。 革新的なプロダクトで世界のアート市場を変革する挑戦を一緒にさせてください
必須スキル
・2年以上の社会人経験 ・WEB・IT企業での就業経験 ・新しい知識やスキルを自主的に学べる成長意欲 ・自ら課題を見つけ、積極的に解決策を見つけ提案できる力 ・最後までやりきる力
歓迎スキル
・SaaSのカスタマーサクセス経験、または顧客折衝経験 ・Web商談でのクライアント対応経験 ・HubSpotまたはSalesforceの使用経験 ・THE MODELの理解がある方
