Career Scout Japan(CSJ)は、外資系の中小企業、かつその中でも経理・財務、人事、サプライチェーンといった部門に特化した、人材紹介エージェントです。
日本国内には大小さまざまな人材紹介エージェントがありますが、大手エージェントのサービスは大企業のクライアントに集中してしまう側面があることから、CSJは中小企業にフォーカスし、より質の高い人材紹介サービスを提供することをミッションとしています。
中小企業は採用課題が複雑で、採用までにかけられる時間もより短いことから、CSJのリクルーターが提供する人材紹介サービスが、クライアントの事業成長に直結するやりがいを感じられます。

本ポジションの概要
増員・拡大のためのリクルーターを募集します。担当は経理財務部門の人材紹介です。
その中でも、主な領域としては管理職〜シニア層(ディレクター、マネージャー、シニアスタッフ)のバイリンガル中途転職の支援です。
CSJが設立された当初から存在していた部門で、数百を超えるクライアントとの充実したネットワークがありながらも、市場はまだまだ大きく、今後の新規開拓余地も多く残されているチャレンジングな要素もある部門です。
2024年度~2025年度の営業成績No.1のマネージャーや、19年間の人材紹介歴のあるCSJ社長から直接の学びを得ながら業務に取り組んでいただきます。
主な業務内容
《クライアントに対する業務》
- 関係形成・新規開拓・求人獲得のための架電アクション
- 求人の詳細や事業課題のヒアリング(オンラインミーティング)
- 求職者の紹介(メール・電話)
- 選考の進捗管理(面接の日程調整、募集状況確認、面接後フィードバック等)
- 契約締結に関する対応
- 内定の内容交渉
- 入社後の定期アフターケア連絡(一定期間のみ)
《求職者に対する業務》
- 社内データベース内、休眠ユーザーへの架電アクション
- ヘッドハンティング、紹介、LinkedIn、求人サイト等を活用した新規候補者の獲得
- 新規求職者とのヒアリング面談(オンライン)
- 応募書類の添削・フォーマット整備
- 求人ごとの適格候補者リストアップ
- 求人案内と書類選考意向の獲得
- 選考進捗管理(面接調整、対策案内、フィードバック確認等)
- 入社後の定期フォロー(一定期間のみ)
《社内コミュニケーション・その他》
- マネージャーとの進捗管理面談
- 他部門との連携・情報共有(英語70%/日本語30%)
- 社内会議での達成共有・ベストプラクティス共有・ロールプレイ
- その他社内トレーニングへの参加
求める人物像
経験者(1〜3年)
- 日本国内での人材紹介営業経験(経理財務経験あれば尚可)
- 架電での新規開拓に抵抗がなく、クライアント対応に自信がある方
- 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語日常会話〜ビジネスレベル
未経験〜エントリーレベル
- 採用、営業、人事、コンサルティングに強い興味
- 優れたコミュニケーション力
- 目標達成へのモチベーション/学習意欲

勤務条件
- 勤務地
:東京(半蔵門駅から徒歩1分) - 勤務時間
:9:00〜18:00(休憩1時間) - ※ 8:00〜17:00、10:00〜19:00の時差出勤可能
- 在宅勤務
:週1日(シニアは週2日/目標達成後) - 休暇
:土日祝・GW・夏季・年末年始(年間120日以上) - 有給休暇

:月給30万~50万円+コミッション賞与 - 実例給与レンジ(コンサルタント実績例)
・1~2年目:年収400~800万円
・シニアコンサルタント(3年以上):約1,000万〜1,500万円
