仕事概要

  • ミッション

社長秘書として、グループCEOの時間を最大化し、経営の意思決定と事業推進のスピードを加速させることがミッションです。

単なるスケジュール管理にとどまらず、CEOの思考を先読みした「攻めのバックオフィス」として、広報、資料作成、特命プロジェクトの推進など、経営の最前線で多岐にわたる業務を遂行していただきます。

  • 具体的な業務内容

  • 秘書・総務業務

    ・CEOのスケジュールマネジメント(単なる日程調整ではなく、優先度を判断し時間を最大化する)

    ・会食・出張の手配、手土産の選定、礼状作成などのリレーション業務

    ・社内外からの問い合わせ対応および来客対応(TPOをわきまえた一次対応)

    ・その他、CEOが意思決定に集中するための環境整備・雑務全般

  • 経営企画・事業推進サポート

    ・経営会議等会議や全社向け発信などで使用する資料の作成(AIを活用した構成・リサーチ・データ集計)

    ・特命プロジェクトの推進(市場調査、競合リサーチ、新規施策の進行管理など)

    ・経営数値など各責任者とのリレーションや管理サポート(PL/BSの基礎理解に基づいた予実管理補助など)

    ・社外向け広報・PR活動の補佐(プレスリリース作成補助、メディア対応の調整)

必須スキル

  • バックオフィスまたは企画職での実務経験(目安:3年以上)

    ・営業アシスタント、経営企画、コンサルタント、秘書など職種は問わないが、マルチタスクを高い精度でこなしたご経験

  • 高いドキュメンテーション能力と計数感覚

    ・AIを活用し数値の集計・分析や経営会議等で使用するレベルの資料作成スキル

    ・数字アレルギーがなく、データを根拠に論理的な報告・提案ができること

  • 経営層を含む社内外との円滑なコミュニケーション能力

    ・TPOをわきまえたビジネスマナーと、相手の意図を汲み取る調整力

給与

600万 〜 980万

月給:450,000円〜700,000円

基本給:315,315円〜490,490円

固定残業代:134,685円〜209,510円(45時間分/月)

賞与:年2回(個人評価および会社業績に基づき支給)
