メドピアグループの各事業の基盤となる共通プラットフォームの設計・開発をリードするポジションを募集します。

<職務内容>

・共通基盤のアーキテクチャ設計とロードマップの策定

・既存システムから共通基盤への段階的な移行計画の立案と実行

・セキュリティと可用性を考慮したマイクロサービスアーキテクチャの設計

・開発チームのテクニカルリーダーシップ

・各サービス開発チームとの技術的な調整や連携

共通基盤の構築は、メドピアグループの技術戦略における重要な施策です。

リードエンジニアには、現状の課題を深く理解した上で、将来を見据えたアーキテクチャの設計をお願いします。

特に重要なのは、既存システムを停止することなく、段階的に新しい共通基盤への移行を実現することです。

また、この取り組みは技術的な挑戦だけでなく、各サービスの開発チームとの密接な連携が必要不可欠です。

リードエンジニアには、技術面でのリーダーシップに加えて、チーム間のコミュニケーションを促進し、プロジェクト全体を成功に導く役割を担っていただきます。

【求める人材】

■求めるスキル・経験【必須】

Ruby on Rails アプリケーション開発経験(5年以上)

マイクロサービスアーキテクチャ設計・実装経験

AWSやGCP等クラウド環境でのインフラ設計・構築経験

チームメンバーや他部署と円滑にコミュニケーションを取りながらプロジェクトを推進した経験

技術志向が高く、新しい技術への探究心がある方

チーム全体の技術力向上に関心がある方

ビジネス要件を理解し、技術選定ができる方

長期的な視点でアーキテクチャを設計できる方
