【配属組織について(概要・ミッション)】
第一アプリケーション本部は、AI技術と先進的なソフトウェアサービスを融合し、メガバンク・信託・地銀・ノンバンクのアプリケーション分野におけるデジタルトランスフォーメーションを支援する中核部門。
お客様の多様なニーズに応えるため、高品質で柔軟性の高いアプリケーション開発を推進し、業務効率化や新たな価値創造を実現する。
また、豊富な技術力と業界知見を活かし、AIを活用した自動化ソリューションやクラウド対応のサービス提供に注力し、常に最新の技術トレンドを取り入れながら、お客様のビジネス成長を強力にサポートし、未来のビジネスをお客様と共に創造することに貢献する。
【携わる事業・ビジネス・サービス・製品など】
・主にクレジットカード・キャッシュレス分野での基幹システムで稼働するアプリケーションの維持保守。
・各保守案件の受注〜本番リリースまでの全工程を対象とする。
・顧客システム部社員、顧客ユーザー部社員に対して、顧客側の一員として要件定義支援を行うこともある。
・SIビジネスとして、新規のマイグレーション(モダナイゼーション)案件も立ち上がりつつある。マイグレーション(ホストからのオープン化)、モダナイゼーション(クラウドサービス、マネジメントサービス、API化)を予定。開発手法もローコード開発になる見込み。

事業拡大による受注増加に伴い、人材を確保し、各開発プロジェクトの体制強化を図るため。
【職務概要】
・アプリケーション開発及びプロジェクト管理(社員のみならず開発パートナーの取り纏めも含む)。
・アプリケーション開発案件の要件定義支援、見積り、開発推進。
・10〜30名の開発チームで開発リーダーを行う。
・顧客システム部社員、顧客ユーザー部社員に対する要件定義支援。
【職務詳細】
・社内外におけるビジネス戦略に基づき要件を満たすために、アプリケーションの設計・開発・実装・検証・保守について一気通貫で実行することに加え、まとまった単位(機能やコンポーネント)のアプリケーションの実現を目指し、業務の取り纏め者として開発工程の管理、組織内や開発パートナーメンバーの進捗管理・品質管理を行う。
・ハードウェア、アプリケーション、ネットワークなど情報通信分野についての一般的な知識を活用する。

【働く環境】
1.配属組織/チーム
・ メガバンクを中心に10以上の顧客があり、約200名/部が各サイトで小規模〜大規模の案件・保守開発を実施。
・ 開発効率や品質に対する意識が高く、色々な施策を取り込みながら粘り強く改善に取り組んでいる。
・ 各サイトは、20代〜50代の幅広い年齢層で経験豊富なメンバも含めたチーム構成。
2.働き方について
・ 在宅勤務も可能(出社頻度はサイト毎のルールに準拠)。
・ オフショア/ニアショア活用時は、短期出張、常駐対応あり。

応募資格
【必須条件】
(1)クレジットカード会社のシステムの設計・開発経験のある方。
(2)エンドユーザ側も含めアプリケーション開発PJに携わったご経験をお持ちの方(5年以上程度)
(3)社内外(所属メンバー・開発パートナー・顧客)においてコミュニケーションを取り円滑な業務遂行ができる方
顧客とは将来的に、見積や開発において折衝する機会が多くなるため、顧客と十分に対話できる方
(4)リーダー経験、又はリーダーをめざし責任感をもって仕事に取り組むことができる方
【歓迎条件】
下記いずれかに当てはまる方
(1)ノンバンク業界におけるDX・CX案件、又はマイグレーション(モダナイゼーション)案件に知見がある方。
(2)その他
・オフショア/ニアショア開発経験がある方。
・開発計画、品質評価・分析ができる方。
・非機能要件の設計経験者(若手であれば非機能要件に興味があり意欲があれば経験がなくても可)
